Do to a limited number of class spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 48 hours before the class starts. Myofascial Release Therapy is a hands-on gentle treatment session designed to help soften restricted fascia and bring it back to its normal, healthy, relaxed fluid state. Light sustained pressure with a stretch is held for approximately 3-5 minutes on the tight restricted muscle/ fascial areas until a release occurs. A fascial release should help relieve pressure on pain-sensitive structures and restore range of motion. Myofascial therapy can help with pain, mobility, and posture.
